Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 potatoes; cubed
  • 1 yellow onion; chopped.
  • 1 red bell pepper; chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Salt and black pepper to the taste

Preparation:

  1. Grease your air fryer’s basket with olive oil; add potatoes, toss and
    season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder, toss
    well, cover and cook at 370 °F, for 30 minutes. Divide potatoes mix on
    plates and serve for breakfast.
